Hiya folks!

Some of you may remember me, some may be trying to forget. Sorry for the latter, but pleased to have associated myself for the former.

FYI, I'm the writer who snubbed his nose at convention- by not only writing romantic science fiction, but using a time line story of duality that never lets any heroes cross over. Shut Up and its sequel are just fine though. Might be some work with that in the future for a third one, but I'm not burning candles to keep it going til I get some sense of a dollar. It has been fun though so I keep the griddle warm anyhow.

I've gotten some good stuff going on in the area of e-mags though. "The Denouement of Drew"- an old version is on my site- got picked up for next month's Bloodletters e-zine. Its the story of a writer who gets a mysterious meeting with a high end federal scientist with a punch line- a right in the belly punch line. Look it up if you like. The e-zine is pretty entertaining anyway.

A couple of novels are on the burn right now and I'm working themat their own paces. One is a fictionalization of the life of James the second martyr of Christianity. Its a PARTNER WORK with me on the finishing end so it could take some time. Chapter one is in the can though.

Next flex is a novel written from a troubled childhood. Its about a small crew of misfits in their sophomore year of NYC high school in 1976. The heroine deals with her father beating her mother. The hero deals with his mother's manic depression. The villain learns to kill for the benefit of jealousy. Notes are coming fast with this work and the ending is a tear jerker. Falls in line with The Outsiders and maybe towards American Graffiti though the story runs over a summer. Could start with the fourth of July.

Third work in the cooker is a thriller that deals with high technology. Starts at the beginning with a business manager obsessed by the potential. He drafts public relations after blackmailing a female genius into his fold. One small problem though- the project opens a gate to Hell and frees a demon on the earth. Sixty pages of character exploration and set up are in place open the first three chapters. Long way to go to come to fruition, but a fascinating lead.
