C. A. Webb, Inc. is pleased to announce the following changes to its organization:
1) NAME CHANGE: Effective January 1, 2004, the name of the organization originally created by Cyrus A. Webb (C. A. Webb Enterprises) was officially changed to C. A. Webb, Inc.
2) Since there are no employees of C. A. Webb, Inc., the Board of Directors was dissolved and replaced with a group of Consultants that sign one year agreements to help promote the activities of C. A. Webb, Inc. The agreements can be extended as agreed upon by both parties.
3) ENTITIES OF C. A. WEBB, INC.: The subsidiaries held under C. A. Webb Enterprises are still the sole registered entities of C. A. Webb, Inc. They are as follows: a.REFLECTIONS OF YOU (art exhibits), b.DARK ANGEL PRODUCTIONS (publishing and marketing, c. SHADOW PLAY PRODUCTIONS (entertainment), CAW (Creative Arts Workshop)workshop for youth, WAC (Willing and Caring Individuals) program for assisting the elderly.
4) 2004-05 CONSULTANTS: C. A. Webb, Inc. is pleased to announce this year's consultants are Tim Collins, Mitchell Davis, Minnie Johnson, and Martha Simpson. For the work that they contribute to the organization, they each receive 10% of total sales each month from C. A. Webb, Inc.
5) NEW ADDRESS AND TAX ID NUMBER: C A. Webb, Inc. new physical address is 725 Larson St., Ste. 324; Jackson, MS 39202. The Tax ID/Account Number is 025-37931-4.
