Shadow Play Benefit Cookout:
We are providing an outlet for the families affected by nature's fury by throwing another event at Smith Park, Downtown.
Saturday, September 10th, 11-6p.m.
There will be concession-style food, artwork on display from local artists, free games and events for the kids including face painting, space jump action, train ride, coloring contests and more.
We are also providing free entertainment from local talent (including Next of Kindredz, Traxxtar Records, Corner Boy Records, Sucka Free Entertainment, Cedric Cole. Westhaven Choir and many more!)
This event is being held in connection with Joan Marie Kaye of the American Red Cross and 50% of all proceeds will go towards ARC.
LATER THAT DAY we are releasing my new book UNFINISHED BUSINESS, BOOK II at the Microtel Inn and Suites, 7:30p.m. The book is $10 and 25% of all proceeds from the book sales will go to the American Red Cross.
