On Monday, September 10, 2007 @ 3p.m. Conversations Book Club will be holding a press conference at the Subway Restaurant in Pearl, MS (3000
HWY 80E) to roll out the details of their new partnership to encourage healthy reading and eating in Mississippi.

“Read Well While you Eat Well” was a slogan that the book club president began in June 2007 when the two initially began to work together on literary projects, however, now they are stepping up their campaign by
reaching out to the entire state for support.

During the press conference details will be given about “Read Well, Eat Well Day” that will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2007 at the Subway Restaurant. It will feature events that feature live entertainment,
outside fun and games for the kids, book discussions with bestselling author Francis Ray and Pamela Samuels-Young as well as food discounts.

“Part of the problem with people running to fast food restaurants and passing on Subway is the prices,” admits Cyrus A. Webb, President of Conversations Book Club. “This locally owned Subway recognizes this
problem and as teamed up with us to promote the values of eating better without paying too much.”
