Good grief! I have spent way too much time trying to write a 150 word synopsis for my second book. I need to let go of it, but I am not willing to yet. I even woke up in the middle of the night and went to the computer to work on it. For crying out loud; that'll be next, boo hoo!
Ok, so it seems easier for me to write an entire book than it is to capsulize it effectively in 150 words.I am close, though. I agonized over the synopsis of Puddles, too, but ended up pleased with what I ended up with (redundant, I know).
Maybe it is similar to our lives. We may live a long time but haven't a clue as to what to put on our tombstone to sum it all up after it is finished. My my, I took a dark turn, did't I? Ok, anybody see the Divine Secrets of the YaYa Sisterhood, yet? It is great! My hubby took me to it today and it was his idea! Of course, he won't admit to that in public, but he doesn't know I have this newsletter and am spilling the beans....poor hubby! YA YA!
