Hi everyone I want to wish you all Happy Holidays,

No matter what holiday you celebrate I wish you Peace and Joy, and Love but most of all I wish you God.

I have not written for a while I did write this poem on December 6, 2008
I have not put it on Authorsden yet.

Here is it hope you enjoy it.


Feelings

When you feel down or upset and feel as the world has turned on you.
Think of the love that God has given you.

Think of the joy that is deep down in your heart. Feel the Love that is deep down within you.

When you feel that you have made a mess of your life, and never achieved anything in life, look in the Mirror take a good look at yourself, and see the miracle that God created in you.

Look deep inside of you take that chance of going within and really getting to know yourself. When you do that you will see the beauty that you possess inside.

When you feel like crying, cry let all your emotions out and let them go to
God.

God is always with you so when you feel alone just reach out and let God love you.

When you feel happy and full of joy take time let God know that your grateful for the gifts the miracles that are in your life.

Happiness and joy, all these wonderful gifts we have are all from God.

When you feel bad choose to feel good.

You can change your feelings.
God gave us that ability.
We can choose how to feel.

Just ask God to help you choose to feel the love, to feel the joy.

Ask God to help you change your negative feelings, to positive feelings.

You can we all can. It is another miracle that God has given us.

Take your gifts, take your miracles and share them with others.
When we share with others it brings joy into our hearts.

I have sent this poem to some of you in private or in some groups I am in that some of you may be in. I also have posted it on star lite cafe website.

I thought I would pop on and send you an updated newsletter.

I am hanging in lots of things have been happening I was diagnosed with Diabetes on November 20,2008 and I have been changing my ways of eating and I have brought my blood sugar down to normal numbers so that I am very happy about. I am also loosing weight so I am happy about that too. It will be a long hall but hey life is all about different experiences right?
So this is another experience I am going through.

I hope everyone is doing well and feeling well and staying warm this winter. We have had lots of cold nights and tonight snow first time we have had this much snow in LV. They said it was in 1979 the last time they had this much snow.
