The Hardcover version of my book is now available. The price at my authorsden site on the Internet is $24.00. If you received my newsletter, you can haggle with me over the price since some of you have the paperback version already. The holidays are rapidly approaching, so this is an ideal gift. I also offered the paperback last xmas in a xmas basket with coffee, bread sticks and cookies. I am going to create xmas baskets this year to include some with women beauty products..I had a great time this weekend at Fort Lee, where I autographed my books for military personnel and their dependents. Since I am a retired military,it felt like being back home again. I even reminded a few soldiers who have been in the military for a week of two that they can not have books in their barracks yet. I will return there in several weeks to give them an opportunity to purchase it. I did not desire to see some of the soldiers doing hundreds of push ups for buying my book. I know that drill instructors would have loved catching them with prohibited items. But I still remember them working me over in Army Basic Training, therefore I can symphatize..Granted, a person is definitely strong after boot camp. I was around and about some of the malls and saw that the openings of the new malls at Short Pump and Stoney Point is making some older malls look like ghost towns...The bramble weeds were rolling down the walk ways...Do not forget about our older malls during your shopping sprees..I was happy to hear that all of you survived Hurricane Isabel. Well the joyous days of the hoidays are approaching and we can give thanks that we are here to relish another holiday season. I will keep you updated as I continue the promotions of The Winds of Destiny and the writing of its sequels. Goodbye for now...
