None of us likes unwanted e-mails. That's why I'm issuing this invitation. I publish a quarterly newsletter with the latest news about my writing career, along with a few added touches (writing tips, recipes). I hope you'll sign up for a free subscription. I promise your name or e-mail address will remain private.
Thank you for your interest in Cheryl Norman's books!
Cheryl Newsletter Dated: 3/15/2003 12:13:06 PMSubject: Cheryl Norman's News Spring 2003 It's a wonderful time of the year. And what a spring I'm going to have. First, my contemporary romance LAST RESORT, has garnered a 4 star review from THE magazine for romance reading, ROMANTIC TIMES BOOKClub, in the February, 2003 issue.
Second, LAST RESORT is the 2003 EPPIE winner for best contemporary romance. What a thrill and an honor to be presented my EPPIE in Tampa March 8 by my good buddy and critique partner, Monette Michaels! Monette's DEATH BENEFITS was an EPPIE finalist in the thriller category.
For you writers in the north Florida area, check out the First Coast Romance Writers in the Jacksonville area (www.fcrw.net). On April 12, I will be holding a workshop called "Back to Grammar School" featuring some of the materials found on my website under Grammar Guru. Let me know if you'd like to attend and I'll email you directions. It's more directed at self-editing than grammar mechanics, so don't let the title scare you away from the workshop.
I hope you'll check out my website often. I've recently upgraded it to eliminate the pop-up ads, and I've streamlined some of the coding (although I'm a self-taught amateur web admin.) to make the pages load faster.
Don't forget to order your copy of CHEF CHERI'S HASTY TASTY MEALS while visiting www.cherylnorman.com. I've received a lot of favorable feedback on my cookbook. Right now, I'm offering it at $10 + S&H. (Retail price is $13.50) It's geared toward busy cooks who want to serve meals that are healthier and tastier than "instant."
That's it for now. Feel free to email me at cheryl@cherylnorman.com. I always enjoy hearing from readers.
Happy Spring! Cheryl
