How about a second home in Las Vegas? You can call it Luxor. In fact, it is the Luxor Hotel. And you know what? You don't have to put up $200,000 for it, or insure it, or clean it, or worry about renting it out to make the payments, or that a renter might trash it.

It's always clean whey you arrive. Always stocked with fresh towels, soap, and shampoo. You don't even have to make the beds. And if you get tired of the location of your "second home", you can move much easier than if you had the deed to the place.

Men usually have trouble with this because they are more interested in pride than lifestyle. But women get it right away, once they realize that they won't have to clean it or shell out their nest egg to "own it". All they have to do is pay the daily room rate.

But when men start thinking about driving up to their "second home", giving the car to "their valet", checking in and hitting the pool or local attractions Bond style, they start to understand it.
