Hi Sal, and welcome!

1. How did you become an author?

Although my business background was in competers and computer sales, I always worked the creative side of my brain...stand up comedy, improv comedy and writing skits. I was also a newspaper columnist and writer for various magazines and nespapers.

2. What inspires you?

Any true stories of crime victims who have changed their lives as a result of the crime to help others.

3. What are you working on now?

Two book projects...DEAD WRONG...true story of a 55 year old Toledo man who was abducted from his driveway, shot five times, recovered and for the past 8 years has taken his story to kids.
DEAD ... true story of a 65 year old man who was killed in his home by a teenage searching for guns. His daughter has taken up the cause to help kids stay out of gangs.

Future books?

Yes and converting LEFT FOE DEAD to a screenplay.

4. If you could have lunch with a literary figure (living or dead) who would it be? And why?

Elmore Leonard. I Like his books and the way he develops characters.

5. What advice would you like to offer aspiring writers?

Solicit feedback (not from friends or relatives) all through the writing process...and for the final manuscript.

6. What do you like to do besides writing?

Play tennis

7. Favorite movie? Good Fellows
Vacation spot? Naples, FL
Food? - Anything authentic Italian

8. Anything you'd like to tell our readers?

Booksignings, book presentations scheduled in the tri-state area ...PA, OH and WV.
