Happy Hello Dear Readers!

Hope the heat wave across the States wasn’t a bit much for you. I continued my morning walk on the recreation trail for the first three days of the wave; then, I thought, “This is too hot, too long,” and for the rest of the week, walked inside our local Mall. But it’s nice to be back outside again.

The good news is that my latest book, Women in Combat, received a second strong review in the Reference\ Social & Behavioral Sciences section of CHOICE. They state, “Overall, this work is a nicely arranged, easy - to - use introduction to the topic.” Recommended for: Lower - and upper - level undergraduates and general readers.

Work continues on the suicide warfare book. I’m almost to a “rest” point on the laws of war chapter; perhaps the most tricky chapter.
