Happy New Year Dear Readers!

When I think how long most of you have been Newsletter subscribers, I am humbled. I started my newsletter in 2001, and to those original subscribers, I thank you kindly for walking with me on my journey in writing. Sad to say, but most unsubscribers have done so only through passing on to that Greater Essence beyond. New subscribers are filling the gap with their enthusiasm; a gift that lightens my step. Thank you dear Readers; thank you.

I am now at my Castle on the ocean front. Actually, our balcony is about 100 feet from the shore. I am so very blessed to have come here these past years and am truly thankful that I can. I can’t begin to describe how my mind frees up once I get here and gaze across the vast “hole” as a former aviator once described it.
So, it’s good to be here after the long road trip. Today, I got back into the last of the al Qaeda chapter. I must really focus now because July 1 is the due date. Fortunately, before I left I completed my edits on my two articles: Jackie O. and Sexual Harassment, for the popular culture encyclopedia. So, in between restful gazes at the sea – I compose.
