Happy Hellow Dear Readers!

I am happy to tell you that I have been nominated and accepted into the Grand Island Senior High Hall of Honor. Grand Island Senior High located in Nebraska is my alma mater. I am one of two chosen for 2008 who will be inducted in a 2009 ceremony. The Grand Island Education Foundation supports programs for the Grand Island public schools, and the Senior High Hall of Honor is one of the programs. To be sure, this is a high honor for me, but an even higher honor comes to me from the two women who nominated me:

Nancy L. Craft Kuehner from Phillips, Nebraska and Carolyn E. Guenther Kuehner from Doniphan, Nebraska. Both women are married to my cousins. Nancy is married to Richard L. Kuehner and Carolyn is married to William V. Kuehner. Dick's and Bill's father, William, was my mother Marie's, brother.

Thank you Nancy and Carolyn, from the bottom of my heart. Grand Island will always be my home and you and my cousins will always be my family.
