She loved me at twenty with a heart big as the sky and i loved her but with a much smaller heart (although i never said a word about her goofy hairdo too big poofy it was like i never really noticed like i couldn’t see it because her heart got in the way) then, i don’t remember when and i’m not sure what but i know something happened maybe, and it seems like it was, the beer commercials the bikini girls bouncing around on the beach opening my mind to wild fantasies or the girl in my college algebra a real-life bikini girl who entranced me with stories of her sexual escapades with the older man who paid her bills it seems like it was her i really wanted to f*** her and i’d go home turn on the tv and she would be there not a bikini girl but a mere pretty girl chubby and who shied from bikinis greeting me holding my hands kissing me blessing me with a peace i would never feel again because something happened i’m not sure exactly what exactly when but know it did because i have never felt that peace again yet seek it always.

Yes. The grass isn't always greener on the other side. But you'll feel it again (if this is about you). When you figure out life isn't like in the beer commercials at all, and what is important in life is hidden deep within and can't be measured in zero sizes and DD-cups. You seem to be on your good way. :D

There are times when we never really are aware of what we had until it's no longer there...or perhaps we did, but never truly appreciated it as we should, thinking it would be there forever. Again, you have a way to express yourself that's so real...so honest.
