The smell of him as he sleeps
intoxicates me.

I inhale deeply just before
taking little nibbles
and tongue licks across
his broad shoulders.

His warmth opens
to me, drawing me in,
belly to belly,
breast to chest,
as his mouth returns
tiny bites and wet kisses
on my neck.

The morning is lost
as I succumb to the wave,
undulating with
pleasures peaking
near the border of pain
in their intensity.

We thrust towards
the center entirely
aware and oblivious
of the other in the
searing search
of satisfaction.

Later, as hearts regain
normal rhythm
and breathing slows,
we sit naked,
sharing coffee and
the morning paper.
