Sometimes we know what we seek in a person and when they knock...the sound is familiar when we never really met before. Dejavu walks out of dreams from believing in love and not allowing any difference to become negatives.
You stand there on the mossy ground a dampness in the air
You can't believe this feeling... the surgence of a dare
You look over your shoulder as if to witness me
I wasn't there just then my love ...as now, I am to be
Your eyes they search the camera lens, a sideward glance of charm
A look that bids the me to dance and flow within your arms
The wish is there when I was here when faith was born affaire'
You stood on mossy ground just when, I am... but wasn't there
I'm in the bid your eyes did claim... somewhere inside your heart
I was the one that hummed in you and not just a friend or lark
I am... I say... I will with you, I can redeem your love
I shall lie in you till then... when pushing comes to shove
You stand alone but in your eyes... my shadow sways to dance
It was ago when you stood there and offered up the chance
Come here you bade the camera bold... come whomever you be
Come take this pain and offer up the chance to love with me
I did then and since my love... I dwelt inside your soul
And now you come alive for me and in my heart you fold
You're who I need ...the one I pined and yearned and ached for years
The difference in the heart of old and now the new is here.

I don't believe I have ever read anything of yours that was even close to this poem for originality and absolutely wonderful wordplay. Fantastic! This, Susan, is damn good stuff.
