Poem Artwork

i know you're here this morning
i feel you all inside me
i hear your heart beating its pace
i can sense but I just cannot see
sometimes our passions awaken
to the sensitive side of another
there are moments when life is whizzing us by
as we sit with our thoughts that smother
when a mystery of a provocative chance
with a tingle that comes to the surface
a knot that sits in the back of the throat
as hearts are clinched and embraced
its realizing the chance awakening
its swallowing hard that new thirst
its keeping impulsive reasoning intact
while sensing your passions will bursts
its knowing the warmth of someone
fire from the heat of their arms
a smile that breaks into a grin
with security bound with their charm
its another day for some of us
a special one for me
a sensing of not being alone
with a spirit alive and free.

Heck of a wake up Susan...and you spirit is not only "alive and free", it's soaring. I love the way you've identified all those sensations you can't always put a name on, all those feelings that are bursting from you and may only be touched and never spoken, seen but never heard. I wish I had your way with words...I know we think alike.

Taylor

this is lovely, both in composition...which flows in a gentle, lyrical fashion...but also in the emotional messages it has layered within. Splendid work.

Intense write that echoes the bonds that travel the cosmos and back to earth a thousand times a minute. The muse you call your own and shares your soul rushes in with the passion of a thousand hot summer nights with a southern breeze stirring the curtains. Do I know what I am saying probably not but this write sure made me want to express my ideas that mesh with yours at times.

You write with such elegance and earthiness of the cosmic connection.......something like this must be FELT.....to be expressed......and you are the poet to do it.........and express it so well

thanks for the smile Sue!

Timespace quantizizes everything - objects, thoughts and separates them, puts physical distance between fragments of life. It is difficult enough to understand this scattered environment, but some have brief clues of reality without spacetime from which feelings emerge that compell to be fitted into experience related to spacetime. You did that in this eloquent expression which is the prerogative of advanced spirits.

When the senses are fine-tuned into another's psyche as you write about here, there is definately a "catch" in the throat, or a feeling if you will, concerning that special one. I have most assuredly had that feeling, and it is a GOOD feeling to have.

We are never alone...
When you are one with the Cosmos, then you are surrounded by divine love...
Beautiful write, and I love the psychadelic graphic..
