Do you know what passion is between two real lovers?
It's that funny beat that builds out of nowhere.
It's the hairs that stand up proud on the nape of your neck
The glazed-over eyes from being close to a NOVA as it burst
Or the flashcube, the old fashioned kind , with that POP!!!!
It's the human mind that swaps BOOMS with the raw creature coming up...and losing it's grip
The ZOOM when the room swirls and the head slowly goes back exposing the beautiful arch of the neck
The eyes that slowly ROLL somewhere... MYSTERIOUS
It's the absolute banishment of all logic and the ensuing race from nerve to nerve to nerve
Like the Morse Code of body language I THINK!
It's the body collapsing to the passion of a lover so familiar that PLEASURE means more than just 'to please'
Have you ever lit a match...put it to a sparkler then twirled around in the misty night air or watch the silver tinsel form on a lake when the sun is setting?
That's the affect ... of passion
Ever forget where you are...
What day it is or time?
What is TIME when real passion utilizes it's mystery to erase that fact?
Ever build up so much steam inside that you JUST KNOW you will burst...
Then go beyond that?
This is the effect passion has on lovers...REAL LOVERS.

Certainly not something that can be "drummed up" and synthetically generated for certain sure... and how sad that we can be fobbed off with second best for sooooooooooooo long because of never having experienced the real McCoy. Ignorance can be a kind of bliss... until our eyes are opened to the real thing, and guess there is just no doubtin THAT when it strikes, huh?? Like striking oil and being totally coated in its gushing flow that seeps into every pore and particle of being. Love your illustrations and your emphases. Real passion of real love in real time and eternity. Undefinable, but you have done it... Like the total effusion of this one. TY Kate xx
Real passion can only be shared between two who are really and truly in love, in that special space all things become beautiful and wonderful, The feeling shared in those moments can't be equaled. I don't think I've ever heard this defined so well. enjoyed this. Pierre.
