A beautiful angel was sent to the earth
Her presence, a lovely example of worth
Her smile was infectious; her innocence thrived
From the very moment when she first arrived
She touched others’ hearts with her delicate soul
She took hold of dreams and in turn, made them whole
The angel had followed God’s heavenly light
And served to make this world incredibly bright.

A beautiful angel came after sunrise
She had perfect features and glorious eyes
When compared to others, this angel was small
But, she was a blessing for one and for all
This treasure God sent from the blue skies above
Graced each soul she met with a lifetime of love
Her charm was a trademark that everyone knew
Her ideals were honored; her goodness was true .

A beautiful angel was sent to the earth
She brightened this world, from the time of her birth
Her dreams were contagious; her purpose was clear –
To better this planet, each hour she was here
Her mission, one given in God’s wholesome grace
Shown brightly upon her sweet, delicate face
Our baby, God’s angel, you left far too soon
But, we know your spirit now lightens the moon.
