Golden verses from your pen
Touch the spirit, deep within
Each line speaks of peace and love
Emotions sent from above
You've conquered each writer’s goal
To reach the reader’s heart and soul
Although, you write strictly for fun
Your readers view a work, well done.

Golden verses freely flow
From your head to page below
Each a bequest from your heart
Treated as a work of art
Even when life’s less than sane
From your path you never wane
Your sweet words stay rich and true
To the gift, resting in you.

Golden verses from your mind
Grace the world, so often blind
Each line speaks of faith and hope
Offering the means to cope
Your talent is rather odd
A certain blessing from God
I thank you for the poems you share
You’ve shown the world how much you care.
