Mutual respect is earned
Regard given and returned
Sometimes shared, thanks to a deed
Sometimes known in times of need
Such trust forms a lasting bond
Leaving lives, forever fond
Each soul brings a special part
When networking, heart to heart.

Mutual respect is gained
As success forms where grief waned
Once two workers’ strengths unite
Future planning becomes bright
Each soul yields a unique trait
For others to contemplate
Proving when the task is done
Two minds are better than one.

Mutual respect is clear
When co-workers are held dear
Once valued, each worker feels
Others treasure his ideals
If he knows others relate
His heart will reciprocate
Sharing esteem for the staff –
High morale, the aftermath.
