A dream became reality
A bond was forged for life
When you pledged for eternity
You would be man and wife
‘twas on that day, the angels’ gazed
Upon the love you share
Touched by the union they had praised
In happiness and prayer.

Your lives have traveled, soul to soul
As the years have progressed
Your love has served to remain whole
Through each and every test
In times of joy and times of pain
One thing has long been known
Regardless of sunshine or rain
You’ve never walked alone.

A dream became reality
The day you said, I do
It was, indeed, your destiny
To share your whole lives’ through
Twenty-eight years have come and passed
The best is still in store
You're bound by love made strong to last
Now and forevermore.
