Just Fine

by Jill Eisnaugle — Read all 611 poems by Jill Eisnaugle

A poem written to inspire Nate when he was going through a rough spell, recently.

Monday, June 16, 2008

Poem Artwork

Everything will be just fine
When the struggle is through
On that day, you’ll still be mine
I’ll still be here for you
The gift we hold is something rare
A bond to conquer all
However distant, know I care
Winter, spring, summer and fall.

Everything will be okay
We will rise o’er the strain
Love’s brilliant light will guide our way
Through the dark hours of rain
This era of time may have its scars
But, scars shall always fade
Leaving destiny to be ours
Beyond the hardships made.

Everything will turn out well
Our sunset’s far from near
We’ll make it through this moment’s hell
Of this, please have no fear
Life’s suffering cannot remove
The joy that we retain
When facing grief, we serve to prove
Our strength shall e’er remain.

I am sure with the kind of love and devotion you offer him his times of troubles will pass quickly and sunshine will reign again soon.
