Poetry trully is an awesome way to express one's thoughts and feelings.
It must not be suppressed!

While I weave, don't shake me
while I dream, don't wake me
leave me at my work, let me unfurl
so that I may bring new colors into the world

Don't rouse me,
let my wings unfold on their own
 at their own pace, in their own tone

I garsp a dark velvet ribbon
and wind it into a time I've never seen
how is it I can smell the ocean
to which I've never been?

Give me space, please
so that I may open my own wings
with the story I tell
or the song that I sing

While I create, let me rise
don't hold me, please let me be
for if I am to fly, I must be free!
