What secrets must lie
behind your sea blue eyes
what titillating whispers I hear
that rains down, as deep purple velvet
from lips laced with mirth and wry
Are there to be found
hiding beneath your sensuous trappings,
such lush textures and fine weavings?
do you speak of the promise
of rare gems, of ruby crystals?
do you entice me with pearlescent opals
from those lips burning with passion?
Treasures of priceless jewels
must surely lay waiting, hidden
beyond your dark cave of seduction
Tales of enchantment are told
of the doves who lit there
and melted away, leaving only
a fine feather from her plumage
Dare I venture abreast, dazed
into your trap of lustful desire
where I surely will sink into red passion
and lay drunk from your elixir of love
