Take me with you
to the fields of splendor
where nature resides...
and it drinks
the wine of beauty
among the tall blades of grass
It is there I wish to stay-
lying with stillness and hope
It is a present for my soul
and a survival...
which surrounds
the face of truth
You give me gifts
that bear no wrapping-
and your light
shines through again
on paths going upward..
To fall...
is never an option-
when my heart opens wide
and love's gate
becomes unlocked...
