You are there
breathing life into my soul-
with your words colored with love's rain
finding shadows beneath my skin
and tantalizing my emotions
beyond my own comprehension
I see myself when I hear you whisper-
and speak about the lost ship...
in the sea of tranquility
once divided by the storm of the past-
and pushed over the edge of reason
You are my passion and my blood-
for you run through my veins
like sentimental thoughts
lost somewhere within the pages of time
and the cries of tomorrow
I am your voice that you do not hear
for I read what you write for me
and you carry me with you-
into the sails of your wings
like you are an angel once again
passing through...until tomorrow
