Across the miles
I see your face
as you cry
from...
unforgiveness...
Your angelic wings
once shining...
have become worn
and tattered
...almost burned
from the deep-seated trials
of life's burdens...
I see you as joyous!
Your soul-
once sleeping...
has awakened
to my thoughts
of love for you...
and you...and you...
You are my brother,
my sister, the lost
the found, the wakened
the sleeping...the dying...
You may join me now-
in communion
with the scented rose...
For we are one-
and my thoughts
can cross
beyond the borders...
of the walls of hate....
