Gentle moods of daylight prime
give way to human rise
Out of the dark it comes alive
reflecting times gone by
A song of morning once again
the chirping bird is heard
his gathering of food is seen
and searching undeterred
A beauty in the crystal air
and scent from flowered rose
a dove up high with polished wings
from drops of water's flow
Unfolding of the earth once more
as seen before my eyes
The wonderous of the break of dawn
a truth I can't deny
