The tide rushes in
Seagulls drop by
A lighthouse in the distance
A cold brisk morning
Caressing the sunrise
Sand indenting my body
Slowly walking around
finding seashells with sounds
No fires burned
on the twigs we chose last night
Though we gathered our thoughts
They made no flame
You are drifting away
like sails in my heart
A storm approaches
Cool breezes surround me
"Breathe deep" said my heart
He will return
like a ship in the night
Your love will sail once again
