What did you do with your time down there?
He asked me in so many words
I looked at him sadly and then I said
“But your voice was not even heard”
He looked at my tearful eyes so sad
I told him that I had been waiting
For all of the others to hear his words
They spent most of their lives debating
My friends only prayed for the lottery
For abundance which sometimes was scarce
I told them that you were their family
As they listened they just didn't care
I come to you now for comfort
and ask why you brought me to heaven?
He said "Child, I need you with me.
My angel you are number seven"
