His Soul Attracts My Soul

What are the chances?
That we should meet-
Our everlasting soul mates
As they cry the same tears
When their life of shattered moments
Has not caressed their needs…

What are the chances?
That we should be wanting-
His unspoken desires
And wade in his passions
While other molecules of matter
Have passed us by…

What are the chances?
We will sing from the heavens
Far below the skies
As he hears our calls
like a bird with colored feathers
Who attracts her mate…

What are the chances?
That we see through the daylight-
And ready our bodies
To be united as one
With our new found love…

What are the chances?
That he stays in our minds-
Like wind in the treetops
Bending our limbs
While wait for his arms

What are the chances?
I ask you now?
As I have received
A man of those dreams
As his soul attracts my soul
