In honor of my very best friend and may we always be me, plus, me too. love. r.

You can have my heart if you don't mind broken things.
You can walk with me in the garden as I softly sing.

You can have my spirit and my words many misconstrue .
You can have all my broken things to make whole and new.

You can lift me up with each glimpse of your face.
You can allow me to depart this life with love and grace.

You can fix those broken things, except my heart.
You can't fix what you've torn apart.

You can hide the hurt and pain.
You can hide the love lost, no greater love to gain.

You can fix the broken things, as best friends should do
You can always love me, just for me, like I'll always love you.

You can fix the broken things, except life's fate.
Cause one day, I'll be waiting for you at Heaven's gate.

Haunting Melody by Flo Fitzpatrick

A search for the ghost of a chorus girl chorine haunting a costume designer’s Manhattan apartment leads to an encounter with an eccentric, mischievous witch with the ability to send folks back through time…in this case, the 1919 Ziegfeld Follies.
