One Order of Blue Toes and a Cap on the Side

I have blue toenails
at least right now they are
I’m told that is a sign
of rebellion
I don’t know
I just like it.
I have a problem with using my
cap key
more rebellion
probably
more likely laziness
maybe
in a world
where so much is the same
so many pink toey nails
maybe I feel like
raising some eyebrows
rowing up river against the current
maybe I’m just plain ole onry
probably
stuck in the habit of creating my own rules
doing it my way
and the lady who does my toes
never even asks me any more
“are you sure…this color?”
ya I’m sure
absolutely
but maybe
I oughta rethink
the cap thing
Proper punctuation, diction and grammar
Rules to publish by
I can deal with that
but nobody I mean nobody
is going to tell me what color to paint my TOES!!!!

does this mean I have to stop making up my own words? man what a crime! what would this poem be without "toeys"?????

I picked "10" because there is no "11"
10 is over-used - this is a 10
paint each toey bluey if you want

Blue is nice...how about gluing some liitle sparkly stones on the nails as well, fake diamonds or saphires?Mine are just painted boring old red...my guys ex-girfriend always did hers blue...he askes me to use blue now and then, but I want him to know WITHOUT a doubt 'it's ME'..so I can never use blue...once he nagged me about it and I just said 'if u want blue toes go back to her'...he never asked again. However I do like the blue colour very much...a shame really.
I loved this poem...strong message...one I love:'Be you, always be you'.Great advice.

I've learnt that some past great poets always made up new words of their own, and made new format and rules in writing.....and we've all follow their rules and called these "formats". Very interesting!
