The happy sound of a fiddle,
An angelic harp being strummed.
A magic pennywhistle
As spirits sang and hummed.
Magic bagpipes fill the air
With ancient sounds, so sweet.
A banjo being plucked somewhere
And a distant strumming beat.
The dulcimer and bodhran sing
Their song so rare and true .
As I strum the mandolin string
And sing my poem to you.
It has that rhythm of the Celtic spirit. "Celtic Music" strikes my soul.
