The boat which sails always against the wind
Requires a skillful master at the helm.
Most are born to hardship, they can't depend
On parent's wealth when life can overwhelm.
Those whose too easy path which flows downstream
Might not be as effortless as they seem.

Stuggle and strife can keep a craft on course
Or shred the sails then swamp and sink a life.
When typhoon's wind and rain without remorse
Stings the face or slashes it like a knife
There comes a time when master needs a team
To hold the course so all can reach their dream.

Always against the wind, you've stood by me
And helped me sail across life's stormy sea.
