Written tongue (in cheek;-) ~~ A beautiful glow fell from a star Pointing out to me where you are I asked the waves to carry me there But the moon wouldn't let them share With copious tears I beseeched the moon It told me to sing a different tune
I was despondent with that reaction Til surf told me I'd have satisfaction The moon caused the tide to bring you to me The two of us together as we were meant to be What joy! Eager to be in the arms of my fella All the sea creatures were humming acappella The sand was dancing up with a swirl And I was ecstatic to be your girl
Of course I awoke from this cinematic dream But in bed next to me under the moons gleam Looking like a lion about to catch its prey My eyes met yours, my body began to sway You were ready to satisfy my every need I was primed to receive all your good deeds
Wonderful and beautiful pen written with soul and passion. I love the way nature plays an important part in dreaming. The dreams live . You make it visual when you write. You hung the moon!
