Come into my garden and bide a wee Let us unravel each others mystery Let the scent of the blooms permeate Our senses, as we begin to appreciate Varied aspects of our character traits Growing amongst the persona we create Allowing our feelings to germinate To see if our wish is to one day mate Let us take time to explore each other Before we make the mistake to smother To slowly enjoy dawn, noon, and night Without rushing our desire to unite Establish first the ambience of serenity Before enjoying the gift of sensuality Soon what we plant will be in full bloom Then shall our joy grace the bedroom
This poem was the most beautiful poem I've had the privledge of reading. The insight was a realm of beauty. A cluster of fragrance. This poem paint a picture of love given the chance to bloom to never smother. Perfection, I salute you in magnificent writing.
Eileen,
What a beautiful, serene garden setting.
And music to match!

My garden is bursting with color right now. Tomorrow morning I'll be taking pictures (Yes, again!) Thousands of rose blooms in every color, except blue, of course. But we rose growers are working on it.
At times I'm caught sitting on a large boulder just staring at God's wonderment. Truly, I feel like I'm in the doorway to paradise.
Thank you for this offering. It was a wonderful treat.
I let my garden go so that the scents would permeate every pore and only attracted zits. Got the jist of this timely tome, though--make while it's springtime. ;-)

'establish first the ambience of serenity, Before enjoying the gift of sensuality' ...great wisdom in your words. Minxy lady...are you behaving? ;) Love and hugs, Imp ;)x
Ooooooooooooooooooh yeeeeeeees... Beautiful slow burn here, Eileen, that feeds the hungry yearn that, in turn, splits the swelling husk and allows the full beauty of love's full blossom and harvest. In sustained metaphor and concept, I think this is one of your very best, which is saying something out of 712!! Come into the garden, Lord... (play on Maud, but there you go! :)) LOL
Unity of spirit, and the attributes of unfettered communication, oneness, wholeness, laughter, can at times lead to the fertilizing of the garden. (-: This was sweet sugar chum ...

When the powers-that-be make the decision to return a selfish party-girl to Earth on three missions of redemption, can romance and mayhem be far behind? One hot and trendy gay nightclub, two bickering angels and three unlikely p
