Mother’s Misting Memories
(Poem And Lyrics)
My tears float among
The misting memories
In remembering you mom.
You have been gone awhile,
But your signs are there,
When I need you.
In the mourning mist
Of Mother’s Day,
I walk with your spirit
In how blessed I am,
In having,
The greatest mom
Presence.
The tears are sad
That you are gone.
But the tears are glad
You still look over me.
Tears flow happy
In this thanks
That will never forget you.
In the mourning mist
Of mother’s day,
I walk with your spirit
In how blessed I am,
In having,
The greatest mom
Presence.
The family is here
Beside me
Looking down with tears
Where the children miss
Their grandmother’s presence
And in a Mother’s day prayer,
Mom you are the greatest -
Spirit presence
To ever look over this family.
