Free Speech Press Poetry,

Working Middle Class Free Verse.

American HeArtMosphere Liberty,

Amidst enlightened inspired Freedom.

Oh America, thy HeArt does flutter proud,

Within a National Anthem prancing pride.

Wherein Star Spangle banner, bears patriotism.

Not in capitulation, but poet Ben Franklin stands.

Despots do demand we stand, then we must kneel.

Autocrats command - WE must obey, then we disobey.

Tyrants iron rule fists, people must challenge tyranny.

Dictator bigots, will use hate’s religion, but God is merciful.

To BE a Free Speech Press Poet alight American Civil Liberty.

Is like NFL players, told by politicians, to obey their Will.

Throughout history, zealots have claimed, God blessed them

That in their Pro Life stand, they must have machine guns.

Go against NRA power, will get one - fierce retaliatory retribution.

That someone guns, do command-death from the religious Right.

This poet knows, how Gandhi must have felt, against the British,

Much like Ben Franklin, Free Speech Press, against Great Britain.

Bully here, bully-bully there, every where exist bully bullies.

You see, God made politicians, and has regretted it - thereafter.

To leave them alone - they rake, plunder, pillage ill-gotten gains.

Why they become the Robbing Hoods, who take from “animals.”

That Presidential term used for some of God’s human children.

Upper castes have always and will always caste poor as untouchables.

That is why, they do not mingle, nor associate with any Middle Class.

Working class, treated like man-ual work animals, serving high society.

They must stand, when told to, and obey Conservative legal systems.

When you destroy the Press, abolish Speech, eliminate Civil Liberties,

The foundations of a civilian run Constitutional nation WILL - Surrenders.

When is the last time, WE have had a People’s President in a Popular  vote?

That today voter suppression, gerrymandering, along with Russia hacking,

And NRA backing, and Corporate buying, We can say the People have LOST.

Yes America, Free Speech Press Poetry - must be, Terminated for Poetry.

We cannot have Free Speech Press poets, who look like Ben Franklin write poems.

See here in these versed words that America must not cease, to question Napoleon.

We are not Germany, before WWII - Americans must now, stand up, in vocal words

Bur when told stand as trump power tower commanded - kneel, walk away, do anything.

In America Poets, Journalist, Thinkers, Professors, Artists  have become like NFL owners.

They bow to pressure to conform like the German industry did in pre curse to war.

How meek are the lambs that carry the NFL logo, to let a President, trump them.

Sad part is they sold the Players Union out, by not working together with them.

But then the NFL owners do trump the Players Union, where nobody probably has any -

Agree, disagree, I do not care, but stand up or kneel down, and be individually counted. This poet will never be RIGHT, but he will be LEFT, To Be wrong, loving diversity’s Free Speech. Do you think that one cannot be Terminated for Poetry as an American War Veteran? Look at what happened, when a Black took a knee in the NFL, “You’re Fired” for a lifetime. But then they also use laid off, dismissed, downsized, so many ways that American Termination, stops Free Speech Press in America.

Why write this, when I know the truth, is all about the tribulation consequences of speaking out that will only get you, Terminated for Poetry in America, again and again. That in fact, one’s home sweet home is not safe from HR edicts to cease and desist Veteran Napkin poetry. I often wonder, why God, made me look like Ben Franklin, after my Poetry Termination, maybe it is just His irony.  All I know it is not about Franklin’s in my wallet, seems all I can do is make cents in Free Speech Press Poetry.
