Wrought Poet Pleading
Twist around twine, bound inward tight
Right turns, spun round, lost ‘n found flights
Focus out blurred, to pen sharp point’s plight
Left ink stain might, fend off kilter thrust fight.
Cork screw barbs, plug inside out, worn wounds
Fester time, awash reflective scars, torn tissue rounds
Sunken cesspools, wallow depression’s deep wounded
Draught desolate respite amidst doubt solutions abound.
What heals whole, what heal does dye sole - wear naked?
Bare dye tread mark faded, then trademark trails awakened.
Reach depth drawn existence, to accept thy flight of heartbeats
Ingrained in scripted words creasing thy Wrought Poet Pleading.

Your poem compresses great distemper and dread into a single cogent write with a bit of hope in the last stanza for redemption.
