The Poet Within Poetry
1
Swollen are, river woven word passages
That write the banks, amid poet’s visceral currents.
When gentle rains, dew drops, do flow free mists,
Wherein each dimple, we ripple ripe inflections,
Water baptisms that cleanse, enlightened souls.
What is a poet but that pure poet point in Poetry
That unique heartbeat, which kneels in prayers
To grasp thy Mother Earth’s vein refrains – terrain,
Planting seeds that germinate Literature gem sprouts
A light each composition, deposition dew bud generation.
Eyes swell adrift poet pride, as proud tears fall fallow fertile.
Harmonious twill dwelling amid harmonic humanity thrills
The Love inside that love, compassion within such passion
Within each syllable sentence, giving life supple - subsistence
To feel every consonant - vowel substance – structure beat terse.
