Sometime the storm within is a tempest of finger tapped fury that thunders words down pages of elocution.

The Poet Within Poetry Part 2

2

Rail thy rake, amid thee winds fury, debarking time.

Peel subdermal layers, amongst growth rings, to bind rhyme

Thy grain moves amid gentle rain, wherein pebbles - ramble deluges,

While rocks tumble down thunder, storming current downpours,

Each rock face, having a turning point, evolving poetic change.

We are volatility emulsions, fraught subsistent, amid hurricane wrought.

Volcano that erupts lava explosive, seizing upon, overflow discharged - feelings.

Poet frameworks that quake open, cracked in implosive foundation devastations.

Yet after the storm deluge, destruction can share, this rainbow serene spectrum.

What was tethered shattered, flattened, then again arises to write - poet’s miracles.

I believe you got a bit of inspiration from the recent hurricane induced rains that fell on Austin and the surrounding area.
