Redacted Avast Wasteland

by David Lester Young — Read all 1,103 poems by David Lester Young

Words are like sharp word piercing projectiles using sword point precise incisions that when implanted as seed, it emits germination of incise thoughts.

When I free float my UniVerse, it is not about this Poet being right, but that you are Left, forks to ponder, on your own UniQue terms.

Poem Artwork

Redacted Avast Wasteland

Dew mist, dry mold, to coagulate festering Avast Wasteland blister
Scorched pyre of ashes be cemented, grave kidney stone Mass-ive
How do fingers interlace wrought, amid I sought prayer knead kneeling
To plow thy furrows of sorrows, turned asunder humanity - be weed(ed).

Roundup thy buzzing bee, benign thoughts, whilst Amazon Poet Tree burn
Trunk begets limbs, forked aflame leaves, a Wake bequeath meant urn.
Skeletal stark, terrain remains, Mother Earth scorch defiled by Hephaestus
God’s Bee political pollution, who take Corporate, thirty pieces of silver.

Mother Nurtured pyre of Words Worth, be pried open, I lids soaking tears
Thy heartstring woe, be distraught broken shrill chords, heart-strung torn
RIP dye I, amid sheered scorn fabric, a-draft rhapsody quilt withered blankets
Thy lifeline beat, be barren holy wraith, defrocked void - Redacted Wasteland.

I be Eye, blinded in One I, with another eye FAKE socket for Royal appearances
Meek the weak link patches, be swooned by Liar Lairs of forked up - incoherence.
Their birthday, be birthright tailor made Imperial suits, aloft superior perseverance
Be elite patrimony satirists, thorn pricks, Emperor ship-ment of
non compos mentis.

Who be I, but a poet redaction of rhyme, someone Terminated for Poetry in their life time.
This word warrior guardian of Free Verse spirits, venting dire depths mired compositions.
Soul be hollow, like a rain forest of tears, aflame insignificance, heart-burned Vietnam Draft
An American Vietnam War Veteran, being told to stop poetry, in Vet’s Home Sweet Home.

Feel thy vein - of pain, reign down, in “Thank You For Your Service,” taking away innocence
Graduation, this HAD To Enlistment, I being Middle class, other Eye Too Bee working crass
Naught Too Bee allowed to write my verse of therapy, cloned to be complicit  compliant
One must follow obedient, dye Master Bully Birthday Suit, as weak meek lambs asleep.

I be this invisible eye, be naught this monetary I, Pyramid SHARPIE but this redaction
That America must redact its Constitution, like an Amazon Armageddon deforestation
But wherein civilization buds branch Freedom adrift limbs of Liberty, Democracy flourishes
With rooted purpose, America’s Foundation bearing leaves of diversity divarication.

That your American Poet Tree has multitude Robert Frost forks up, down, slide-ways
Can “We the People,” afford to prune away, what made America great for ONE person.
If we eliminate the immigrants, homeless, then poor - we establish untouchable castes
Wherein establishing
Corporatocracy priv-acy, whose WILL, make US obedient servants.

Do not care, do not pretend to say “Thank You  For Your Service” - Poetry DeTermination
Inherent, you will look away, like Germany did, in its past Charismatic Pious Right leader
Who took the Truth, into the realm of Fake News, to be master crass - white nationalism.
What is White Poetry on white sheets, or Black Poetry on Moonless Midnight Black Dyes.

Truth be it, how can any poet exist, amid words redacted upon SHARPIE black cremations?
How could any poet stop ANY Holocaust happening - except to become a pyre, aflame pyres.
Be naught, the Amazon be Human “Nature Nurtured” - “Avast Wasteland” funeral WAKE
RIP the HeArt, Rip the Soul, RIP God Bless America: RIP– Rip Red White Blue poetry fabric.

Note:
My Poetry is my American Vietnam War Veteran therapy. I did serve and earned that Right, to write Free Speech, and Free Verse in America, by serving my country during the Vietnam War.

I vent in that Vet American Dream, Be Fraught amid Naught on knot, upon is not life, about redactions in Poetry Termination. I Too Bee, like this fool poet. Eyes Be Proud of those, who stood up in Germany, in Russia, in Turkey, in Israel, here in the UNited States, and around the world with word swords as Guardians, who sometimes attain prisons, termination and Holocaust Poet Pyre cremations.

Again I thank You For Your Serve thy Art the HeArt and soul of a benign American consciousness. So you see here by writing in Democracy’s America - SHARPIE wins - they as "I" be "ME", always dew lamb-blast US.

“Nature Nurtured” - “Avast Wasteland” be two other Vet vented poems
