For that privileged minority, almost insured a good education and a job through the networks, if only from a benevolent uncle or joining with buddies school to start a business that always succeeded, regardless of its lack of a good business plan.
In the 21st-century, that notion is changing and a segment of society rooted in country music, pickup trucks, guns for recreation and protection, and preserving the good old boy, wild ass infantile behavior of the quintessential American hero… Solving problems violently, is losing its grip.
The 21st century portends a furthering of the Great American melting pot that creates a very strong and vibrant citizenry. Young people willing to go out and solve the tough problems with or without the support of their elders locked in political fervor.
