COLORado Escarpment Escapement

1)
Once upon rhyme,
Austin Sandcastle
Democracy dwelling dream,
one looks under the COLORado
Bridge on Congress,
facing the Lone Star Capital
Texas vanity escarpment,
to see river current below,
washing it out too
sea shore escapements:
Too Bee Slain ~
No More Living Stains,
amidst RIP TAPS demise,
one beget, begone leveled pain,
tidal tears dream last sigh.

Oh poet dye thy words on see shore
Watch the tide wash away the stains
Oh Bard of time dew wonder rhyme lines
What poetry build, dost timbre would take

2)
Will America CROSS
over the COLORado
to Bridge the divide,
we bear lone fears,
as Americans face today.
Are we naught tied,
Divided States of America
needing a Bridge
across the COLORado,
to merge US again
as United States of America,
One wonder if January 6, 2021
did destroy All Our bridges
leaving US these mongrel
Politician Morticians
RIP Ping US apart,
amid onslaught tear torn seams,
leading to Our testament demise,

Oh Poet, thy terse flutters heart’s prancing pride
Vibrate verse to feel branches sway full of lifelines
Oh troubadour, dew not musical bridge spring blossoms
Dost naught hearing Harmony, be star spangled Love Melody.

3)
Remember when youth, could dream on Camelot Knights
Now Austin begets begone wandering COLORado Insight
Life brings fork choice ~ decisions
And bridges to cross over ~ progression
Time groove. tire rut routines ~ repeat, tri-peat
Clockwise morn wound out set tick pattern
Clock countering home bound in tock dusk
Working class on most traveled pothole paths
ANTS ~ Americans Negotiating Trauma Soles
Naught taking that less traveled fork vacation
Never traveling over the BRIDGE to the other side
Five, ten, twenty, forty ~ Bye Gone strait jacket.

Oh Poet, why dost thy river quiver upstream downstream
Amid day wound daylight, night bound moonlight voyages
Oh minstrel, feel Texas’s ART in Austin’s HeART atmosphere
America is the ART in the HeART of American HeArtMosphere

4)
Consonant grains sand-wich pebble vowels
to cement words along lucid lines.
So these vibrant formed lines,
within an Constitution,
are lifelines sown together,
within this timeless foundation,
forming this We The People
civilian framework,
These mystical words, amendments,
and Bill of Rights,
bridge America The Beautiful,
to form these Star Spangled Banner;
red, white, ‘n blue ~
United States of America
patriot mind frames.

Oh Poet, in History, Poets have often BRIDGED the divide

The Circle The Center The Compass The Spokes quantified
Wordsmiths do revolve - evolve America’s Future Revolution
Traverse two way arteries – intersections, to avoid polit-potholes

(Working on 5 to ??)
