Whole inner bearing,
dost thou dye,
lone cry,
lesion lye voids
Scabs worn,
inside pin pricks,
echo hollow rein
lime ping drops
Mime heart murmurs,
bequeath sordid
cement pit entrenchments
Dye,
dye,
dye thy words,
grit desolation dearth
die despondence.

Why believe,
wry hope,
thee America Dream ~
be rhyme busted
Scattered name,
scattered Rembrandt’s,
“Night Watch”
Poet sigh
Poetry Sentinel
Democracy Guardian,
be Dead Poet
Society crypts
Skeletal brittle bone fingers,
decomposing serf doom
dost castes.

Preponderance power,
assimilates idiosyncratic
Freedom and Liberty
Poet Tree be rooted,
born within thy people,
to arise above
cast shackles
From hell hole
inner being,
live seeds
be germination
that sprout forth hope
Arteries branch,
revitalizing veins,
Where Poetry’s HeART
becomes alive
