Healing Process

Where does the
healing process begin
Except with beginning
to ask those questions
What is the problem,
I have some adjusting –
to do
When one realizes,
they need help
cooping in life
They must seek out
non-judgmental friends,
and
Professional counselors
trained to understand you.

We are full of emotions,
each one being
persona unique
That only in one,
on one discussions,
with someone trained
Or in groups,
who have all been in
similar stress situations
Do we become
this healing family,
among therapy sessions
Where our impressions
and depressions,
get positive results.

Remember our goal,
is to come out
of any session,
feeling better
That in one
on and one,
or in family group
healing smile sessions
There is no need,
to fear ourselves,
for every one of us,
gets depressed
And has had
personal problems,
to deal with,
in our owned
personal lives.
So come on -
let us SMILE together,
as an American family
