as a human race

A Bridge of Peacetime
Where at Christmas
we have ceasefires
Forging A Cross
to Bridge the Dnipro
Where one searchlight
from the North
Goes A Cross
to the South
side of conflict
And another searchlight
from the South side
Goes A Cross
to the North
side of warfare
Focusing A Cross
in the middle
of Rivers
Must War
devastate US
forever
then more
Can we naught
amid tears form
