Misting Memories
Early mourning shadows wept silent in solitary shifting shades
Cerebral gray matters clinging tight to overcast misting memories
Wearing gravitational heavy sorrows filling a heart hollow, afraid
To remember, even worse to forget, in past tense abrasive emery.
Granular grains time’s continuum composition weight slipping bye
In polished recollections of loved one passing by, coffin grave sites
Stilled silence drifts in a solemn morning fog of grave stones that lie
Resting in peace, where in time pieces weather the tomb’s blight.
Oh wail Banshee wind that shivers cold, the naked soul into chills
Reverberating quill in a frail fragile crystal clear shattering scream
Baring sharp shards emotions to send tears flowing in motions, still
Feeling the pain throbbing inside lost existence - of vanishing creams.
Oh, kneel poet.
Sail alive in those poetic prayer verses,
Where heartbeats bare its grave words.
Where inside mother’s womb,
Birth wails alive its arrival conception
Reception upon being this divine creation
That resonates the poet’s individual traits,
Before the vanishing cream –
Brings fading -
Misting Memories
